Your luggage will be delivered to your designated station counter by 3:00 PM on your selected pickup date.Once delivery is complete, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.After receiving the notification, you can collect your luggage anytime during the counter’s opening hours.Enjoy a comfortable, hands-free journey from Tokyo to Osaka or Kyoto!

Pick Up Your Luggage at the Station

Available for Pickup from 3:00 PM on Your Selected Pickup Date!
Travel hands-free from Tokyo to Osaka or Kyoto by Shinkansen (bullet train)!
With convenient pickup counters located right at Shin-Osaka and Kyoto Stations, you can easily collect your luggage after arriving by train.Even if you’re staying at an Airbnb or accommodation without a front desk, you can enjoy a hassle-free journey without carrying heavy luggage.
Once you receive your delivery confirmation email, please present the Luggage ID shown on your booking screen at the designated counter to collect your luggage during opening hours.

Crosta Kyoto is located on the first basement floor of JR Kyoto Station.Take the escalator right in front of the central gate of the conventional lines.It is also easily accessible by escalator from the station’s central taxi and bus stops.
