Excellent service, and the luggage arrived undamaged.

I liked everything! It’s fast and easy! I sent the suitcases and was calm that everything would be delivered on time!

Excelente servicio , eficiente y el precio que pagas se compensa con la practicidad de evitarte llevar el equipaje mientras viajas .

Absolutely fantastic service and one of the best decisions we made during our trip to Japan.

Convenient, reasonably priced.

Very good. There is even a complimentary matcha chocolate attached on my lugagge when I took it in the airport.

It was a pleasant surprise to find information on the service in the hotel lobby. We did not hesitate to book as it meant we were totally free to enjoy our last day in Tokyo before our night flight. Service was excellent, would highly recommend.

The process was very easy and our luggage arrived at the airport in great time! This allowed us to enjoy our last day in Japan a lot more and made train travel to the airport much easier.

It was easy, seamless, and overall great!
