株式会社L.CRASは、クラウドサービス「楽楽シリーズ」を提供する株式会社ラクスと、販売パートナー契約を締結しました。

当社は、手荷物配送サービス「APEX24」を通じて、旅行者の利便性向上と、ホテルのフロント業務の負担軽減に取り組んでいます。今回の契約を機に、ホテル・旅館の皆さまが抱える経理や事務作業などの課題にも目を向け、ラクスのクラウドサービスをご案内してまいります。

これからも現場の声を大切にしながら、宿泊施設の業務効率化と、旅行者にとって快適な滞在の実現に取り組んでまいります。

L.CRAS Signs Sales Partnership Agreement with RAKUS Co., Ltd.

L.CRAS Co., Ltd. has entered into a sales partnership agreement with RAKUS Co., Ltd., a provider of cloud-based business solutions, including the “Rakuraku Series.”

Through our luggage delivery service, APEX24, we have been working to enhance convenience for travelers while reducing the workload of hotel front desk staff.

With this new partnership, we will expand our efforts to address operational challenges faced by hotels and ryokans, including accounting and administrative tasks, by introducing RAKUS’s cloud-based services.

We will continue to listen closely to the needs of hospitality professionals, helping accommodation providers improve operational efficiency while creating a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for travelers.
